The Kind of Website a Smile Deserves
How we designed a boutique, editorial site for a patient-centered Pinecrest dental practice, rebuilt it in WordPress and Elementor so the team can edit every page, and wired it for local, multilingual, and AI search.
Unhurried Care, Unhurried Design
Miami Smile Dental keeps its days small and its attention undivided, so a visit feels less like an appointment and more like being looked after. The site opens the same way: "The kind of care a smile is supposed to get," set in a calm, editorial layout that reads like a boutique studio, not a dental chain.

A Boutique Practice in a Big-Chain Market
Dr. Ali Yazback's Pinecrest practice wins on unhurried, transparent care, and patients notice: a 4.9-star Google rating across 233 reviews, with patients who travel hours for an appointment and refer their whole families. The team serves patients in three languages, English, Spanish, and French.
Miami-metro dental search, meanwhile, is crowded with chains and booking directories. To compete, the practice needed a site that carries the boutique story, ranks for the treatments patients search by name, speaks its patients' languages, and hands verified data to search engines and AI assistants.
- Miami-metro dental search dominated by chains and booking directories
- A patient base that speaks three languages, and searches in them
- Dozens of treatments, each searched by name, needing real pages
- A 4.9-star, 233-review reputation with no structured data behind it
- Patients who research carefully before trusting a new dentist
- A boutique story a generic template could never tell
A Boutique Brand, Wired for Search
We designed the site as a fully custom concept first, then rebuilt it natively in WordPress so the practice owns every pixel and can edit every page, with a content architecture deep enough to answer any patient question.
Custom Design, Fully Editable
A boutique, editorial design ported into native WordPress and Elementor on WP Engine, so the practice gets a one-of-a-kind look it can maintain without a developer.
A 106-URL Content Architecture
78 pages and a 22-post blog covering treatments and the questions patients actually search, each URL carrying its own RankMath title and meta description.
Multilingual, Done Properly
Spanish editions of the homepage and ten primary pages, live with automatic hreflang via Polylang, for a practice that serves patients in English, Spanish, and French.
Verified Local Schema + Live Hours
Dentist JSON-LD with the real 4.9-star, 233-review rating, address, geo, and hours, plus an open/closed badge that recomputes in the browser so aggressive page caching never shows stale hours.
Built for Patients Who Do Their Homework
A content architecture deep enough to answer any treatment question, in the languages the practice's patients actually speak.
The Assignment vs. The Delivery
The Assignment
- Tell a boutique story in a big-chain market
- Rank for treatments patients search by name
- Serve patients in more than one language
- Make the 4.9-star reputation machine-readable
- Keep hours accurate on a heavily cached site
- Leave the practice able to edit everything
The Delivery
- Custom design rebuilt native in WordPress + Elementor
- 78 pages and a 22-post blog, 106 URLs live
- Spanish homepage and ten primary pages with hreflang
- Real 4.9-star, 233-review rating in Dentist JSON-LD
- Browser-computed open/closed badge, cache-proof
- RankMath titles and descriptions on every page
Engineered for Trust in Three Languages
A practice that promises unhurried care needs a site that answers every question before the first call: fast, structured, multilingual, and verified.
