Measured for Your Home, Built for Search
How we built a St. Louis window and door company, family-owned since 1953, a modern Next.js site that leads with what's true: its own crews, real reviews, and a real 4.1-star Google rating a customer can check.
Honest Numbers, Modern Build
Penny Window has installed windows and doors across St. Louis with its own crews, not subcontractors, since 1953, with most jobs done in one to two days. The site leads with "Replacement windows in St. Louis, measured for your home," and puts the real Google rating, 4.1 stars across 207 reviews, right on the page, because seventy years of trust is worth more than an inflated number.

Seventy Years Earned, Credibility to Protect
Penny Window has been family-owned since 1953: brand-name windows and doors installed by its own crews, free in-home estimates, a real showroom. But its online presence leaned on review claims that didn't match what Google actually shows, and windows are exactly the kind of research-heavy purchase where a careful buyer checks.
Buyers compare window styles, brands, service areas, and reviews before they ever call. The new site had to cover all of it, publish only numbers a customer can verify, and capture leads from humans and, increasingly, from the AI assistants researching on their behalf.
- Online review claims that didn't match the verifiable Google rating
- A research-heavy purchase where buyers compare styles, brands, and reviews first
- Brand-name window lines, each searched by name
- A metro-St. Louis service area to cover, city by city
- Seventy years of history and a showroom that search couldn't see
- Lead capture that needed to work for humans and AI assistants alike
Publish What's True, Cover How Buyers Shop
We built the site around a simple rule: every number on it is one a customer can check. Then we gave the research-heavy window buyer everything to compare, styles, services, cities, and the showroom itself.
The Real Rating, Everywhere
The site publishes the number a buyer can verify, 4.1 stars across 207 Google reviews, in the hero, on the reviews page, and in LocalBusiness schema. Trust is built on numbers that check out.
Style, Service, and City Pages
Window-style pages, service pages, a showroom page, and service-area city pages: 45 URLs that match how window buyers actually research, from "casement windows" to their own suburb.
AI-Agent-Ready Lead Capture
The contact form doubles as a WebMCP tool, so an AI assistant researching windows for a homeowner can submit the lead on their behalf, while humans get a fast, simple form.
A Modern Stack That Loads Instantly
Next.js on Vercel with full-bleed photography and a fixed-nav design, tuned for Core Web Vitals so short-attention research sessions still end on Penny Window's pages.
Trust You Can Verify
Every number on the site is one a customer can check: the rating, the reviews, and the seventy-plus years behind them.
