A Great Doctor Hidden Behind a Generic Template
Dr. Zack Farmer had built a thriving chiropractic practice in Nashville with 10,000+ patients and a perfect 5.0 Google rating. But his website told a completely different story. Built on a Beaver Builder template from a chiropractic website factory, it used stock photos of strangers, carried the old "Stronghold Health" multi-doctor branding, and looked identical to hundreds of other chiropractic sites across the country.
The site had no structured data, a cluttered mega-menu with 4+ levels of nesting, and zero content that communicated what makes Dr. Farmer's diagnostic-first approach different.

From "Stronghold Health" to "The Spine Works." New logo, new color palette (#2c5786 primary, #F57C33 accent), new positioning: "Fix the Cause. Feel the Difference."
Real Photography
Every stock photo replaced with real images of Dr. Farmer treating actual patients. Visitors see the doctor they'll meet, not a model from a photo library.
Condition-First SEO
9 dedicated condition pages (back pain, sciatica, herniated disc, migraines, whiplash, sports injuries, prenatal, pediatric) capturing search intent for every patient type.
Conversion Architecture
